The perfect accompaniment to meals or on their own as a snack. This recipe uses our Lemon Rosemary Fusion, but try Paprika Garlic for a BBQ classic, and if you like sweet potato fries, try Chipotle Lime for a Southern twist. Add ketchup or Fusion flavored ranch or veg aioli for dipping.
Makes 4-6 servings
2 large potatoes, sliced lengthwise into wedges
2 Tbsp Everett’s Lemon Rosemary Fusion
2 Tbsp grapeseed oil or olive oil (or any other high temperature cooking oil)
Ketchup or Fusion flavored ranch dressing or veg aioli to taste
- In a roasting pan, combine the Fusion with the oil and toss in the potato wedges until thoroughly coated.
- Roast at 400 F for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Add salt and pepper if you’d like and serve with ketchup or Fusion flavored ranch or veg aioli as you prefer.
