Lemon Rosemary Rib Eye
dietary profile: Gluten Free
Lemon Rosemary is a wonderful compliment to beef. The bright acid of lemon and savory tones of rosemary balance the fats in steak to make a ribeye that’s spectacular every time.
Ingredients
Makes 4 servings
4 Rib Eye Steaks
4 Tbsp Everett’s Lemon Rosemary Fusion
4 Tbsp olive oil
Method
- In a large bowl, mix the Fusion and olive oil into a paste.
- Add the steaks to the bowl with the paste and toss to thoroughly coat them. Let them sit at room temperature for about an hour before cooking to allow them to marinate and absorb the flavors.
- Preheat a grill pan or skillet on high with the stovetop vent running (around 500 F). You’ll know when the pan is ready when water flicked onto the pan immediately evaporates.
- Sear the steaks for 2 minutes per side on high heat. Then turn the cooktop down to medium (around 300 F) and cook to desired doneness, 4 minutes per side for medium rare or 140 F if you’re using a meat thermometer.
