What to do with the seeds when carving pumpkins or making pie? Eat them! This protein-packed little seed has great flavor that lends itself to just about any seasoning. Toss them with Paprika Garlic for a smokey BBQ spin.
Ingredients
Makes 6-8 servings
1 cup raw pumpkin seeds
2 tsp Everett's Fusions Paprika Garlic (Feel free to try Chipotle Lime or your favorite Fusion)
2 Tbsp olive oil
Method
- Preheat the oven to 350 F.
- Mix all ingredients in a roasting pan.
- Cook for 10-15 minutes. Watch them closely as they burn easily.
