Roasted Root Veggies

Roasted veggies are a perfect side dish to almost any meal. Using Everett’s Lavender Thyme Fusion takes this dish from ordinary to extraordinary.

Ingredients

Make 4-6 servings

4 medium beets, diced
2 large carrots, diced
1 fennel bulb, diced
2 Tbsp oil
1 Tbsp Everett's Lavender Thyme Fusion

optional:
1 Tbsp minced fennel fronds for garnish

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 F.
  2. Toss all ingredients together and coat thoroughly.
  3. Roast for 20 minutes .
